Terms of Service — SMMAiSetup

By accessing or utilizing the SMMAiSetup platform (smmaisetup.com) and associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

SMMAiSetup provides automated software bridges for WhatsApp messaging, Telegram AI assistants, SMM panel order processing, and cryptocurrency payment facilitation.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Utilize the platform to transmit unsolicited commercial spam or harassment in violation of WhatsApp or Telegram terms of service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts, servers, or database instances.
• Reverse engineer or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform APIs.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

• Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring basis via cryptocurrency (Binance Pay) or internal wallet balance.
• Unused bot credits accumulate and do not expire on active subscription plans.
• Refund requests for unconsumed credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of deposit.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Limitation of Liability

• We strive for 99.99% service availability.
• SMMAiSetup provides automation tools as-is and is not liable for upstream third-party SMM provider outages, carrier network failures, or user-initiated account actions.
